Do we have politicians or leaders?

when mahatma said 'be the change you want to see in the world, 'he must have been talking to politicians ,after all, politicians are the change makers,equal part influencer and ambassandor.A politician is hired by citizens who vote for them or by fellow politicians who appoint them.eigther way their job is to democratically represent people in local state or federal goverment eighther by leading or registlating .
if you are politician who leads you might be a president,governor or mayor,the chief executive officer of a city,state or nation or for a goverment agency department or body-you set agenda,hire personnel, create budgets and solve problems .If you legistlate on the other hand you might be a senetor,congress preson,or a city council minister.As a policy maker you pass laws by cerating and voting on bills that establish rules and regulations.
