Leadership is the ability to create a vision and make people adhere to your vision .the process of being followed willingly is called leadership.

A leader is made of what they are not what they say your influence on people is based on what you are not what you say.you may know a lot but that is not important what you have put in practice and has worked for you is what makes you influential you are what you have become based on the knowledge you had.

A leader should take all the doubts of his people and give the assurance that all is well, people should be able to trust you without any question or doubt.Everyone is a leader in his own way in one way or the other .The difference is the influential ability. It is the desire of every person to be the Best in the land

Great leaders are;
*prayerful
*product of crisis
*sacrificial for their time
*personal disciplined
*conqurers of fear
*they have sight
* mentors.

they Kenya celebrates the 54th universally since independence on 1st June 2017 the question that all Kenyans should ask themselves is what are the benefits that Kenya have gained from the fruits of Independence?

Indeed we have made great steps in the development of the country's infrastructure and development projects,despite economic challenges in recent years we can be proud of our country's achievements.

But upon enjoying the fruits of independence we have forgotten about our freedom fighters ,they shed blood for us to have freedom to rule ourselves they live poor lives and have no one to care for them at their old age it would be recommendable for the gorvement to remember them.
